Information collected automatically
Like most websites, the Site and our website platform (Squarespace) automatically collect certain technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring website and the date and time of your visit. We use Squarespace’s built-in analytics and Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors find and use the Site, including which pages they view and which links they click. These tools use cookies or similar technologies. We do not use advertising pixels or advertising cookies.
Payment information
We accept payment through Venmo, PayPal, Zelle and credit card via Square. Payments are processed by those third-party providers under their own privacy policies. We do not store your full card or bank account numbers.

We keep completed client resumes and related career documents so we can help returning clients with future updates. We do not automatically delete these files after a set period. We also keep inquiry, payment and business records as long as needed to provide the Services and to meet tax and legal record-keeping requirements. You may ask us to delete your files at any time, subject to records we are required to keep.
How We Protect Information
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
